A lovely red-orange eyezone on a pale orange-vanilla background gives you quite a bright spot in the garden. To add even more interest, that same eyezone color is repeated out on the petal edges, in a graduated fashion. The blossom then has a gold toothy picotee edging surrounding that deeper red-orange color. All the necessities of a Sicilian wedding!. However, a little contrast must be added, hence a huge bright green throat to provide some interest, and beckon you closer. STRAUSS WALTZ is surely an interesting daylily.
